An international, noble variety, perfectly adjusted to the hot and dry climate of Cyprus.
From vineyards with the lowest production, it has excellent tasteful characteristics.
A full-bodied wine with rich, dense colour, aged in new oak barrels, that promises a unique wine experience.
The bottle should be opened an hour before the meal and it is served with game meat, red meat with sauces and matured cheeses.

This wine reflects the power of the Cypriot land and the Mediterranean sun.
Mountain vineyards planted in calcareous soils, with very low grape production, give the highest degree of colour and flavour concentration.
Aged in oak barrels, it combines red fruits flavours, such as raspberry and cherry, with flavours of spices, smoke and chocolate.
Rich flavour, very well structured with unlimited, delightful aftertaste.
KOLIOS SHIRAZ – MERLOT
Two noble grape varieties in the same bottle.
A unique blend that combines the full-bodied Shiraz with the velvet character of Merlot.
Matured for twelve months in new oak barrels and then for three years in the bottle, it developes a complex bouquet of caramel, smoke and spices.
It is perfect for anyone that likes blends, not varietal wines.
KOLIOS CABERNET SAUVIGNON
The Cabernet-Sauvignon, deep red, full-bodied wine, is suitable for those preferring strong, tasty, aged wines.
After being aged in oak barrels, the wine stays in the bottle to develop the strong aromas of vanilla and exotic spices that characterise it.
It is served at 18οC, accompanying heavy meals with sauces and spices.
KOLIOS SAINT FOTIOS
A balanced red, dry wine, with intense flavour and soft tannins. It is characterised by its deep red colour and the great aromas of the Cypriot variety, Maratheftiko.
The mountainous, organic vineyards at a high altitude with maximum sunshine give an excellent result.
It is served at 16 – 18οC and it is perfect for mezes and red meat.
KOLIOS STATUS 99
A semi-dry red wine, suitable for those preferring a good, but not very dry red wine.
It is a good mixture of Cabernet and Mourvèdre varieties.
The little grape sugar remaining gives an enjoyable taste and a long, soft aftertaste.
It is served at 16 – 18οC and it is perfect for meat mezes, matured cheeses and pasta.
The new white wine of the winery.
We have revived the traditional variety “Spourtiko”, at the family vineyards, giving an appreciable result.
Bright green colour, intense bouquet with exotic fruits, white flowers and spices – aromas uncommon for a fresh white wine.
It is refreshing in the mouth, with herbal elements and fruity aromas dominating.
An enjoyable, lemony aftertaste that hints of citrus fruits.
It is perfect with seafood, grilled fish, sweet fruits and salads without lemon and vinegar.
KOLIOS PERSEFONI DRY - MEDIUM
The white, indigenous variety Xinisteri, planted in the mountains of Paphos in light calcareous soils at an altitude of 3000 feet, gives us this excellent white wine.
Attractive, bright colour with green reflections, flavoured with exotic fruits hints, it is one of the best Cypriot white wines.
Enjoy it cold with seafood, white meat, fruits and nuts.
KOLIOS CORNETTO DRY - MEDIUM
From the traditional variety Cyprus Mavro and vinified at low temperatures, it is characterised by the primary flavour of the variety, the freshness and the bright colour.
It is the perfect choice for anyone that prefers a light, pleasant and refreshing wine, especially for a summer lunch.
Enjoy it cold with meze and light dishes or with meat and pasta.
